The University of Veterinary Sciences Brno has received a prestigious international accreditation of veterinary education, which places it among the best veterinary universities in Europe with a veterinary diploma comparable to that of the best Western European countries.
Graduates from both study programmes of Veterinary Medicine (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) and Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology (Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology) of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno meet the European requirements for veterinary graduates. The international accreditation confirmed the high standard of the University and its position among European veterinary universities, as well as its success in the one-week assessment of the University by a nine-member team of international experts. This unique result has also been obtained for the veterinary education provided in English to foreign students from all over Europe studying at the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno and for the international recognition of their veterinary diplomas.
